Documents Requirements

  1. Home Remittance Card Application form (Please Download from below link)
  2. Residence Card Copy (Both Sides)
  3. Pakistan CNIC/NICOP/POC Copy (Both Side)
  4. Passport Copy (First Two Pages)
  5. Annual Income Certificate (Kazei Shomeisho from City Hall)
  6. My Number.

** Copy of all documents must be large size and clear to read.
